Humanitarian and Economical Laws Are They Really For The People
The United State’s Constitution is not the only “Land of The Law” In the United States. We also have more hidden adopted “History” hiding behind the scene’s! Well America, see below more ‘History’ that’s puzzling and not discussed you definitely need to know and pass along, these are your rights!
Here’s the puzzle behind hidden laws embedded within our history, many are overlooking. See the first commitment to government guarantees of social and economic rights written by our previous Forefather Franklin D. Roosevelt! His previous efforts working with Winston Churchill a British Ally at the time, both shared a common ground of wanting the people of each State, Government to provide basic needs for it’s citizens to live a peaceful life. As you read along you’ll view the ‘Jist’ of what’s it pertains to! Which all of this is currently unraveling in the United States against the American people!
The proposed ‘2nd Bill of Rights,’ gained so many interested parties they decided to Declare it the Universal Declaration Human Rights Law in 1948 by the Founding Members – Dr. Charles Malik (Lebanon), Alexandre Bogomolov (USSR), Dr. Peng-chun Chang (China), René Cassin (France), Eleanor Roosevelt (US), Charles Dukes (United Kingdom), William Hodgson (Australia), Hernan Santa Cruz (Chile), and John P. Humphrey (Canada)
America, we must ask ourselves why aren’t any of these laws being Universally implemented, or enforced? In fact many of these laws are currently being denied and violated within the United States and across the Globe! See these two contradictory recent reports:
Rep. Paul Ryan: Government Should Not Dictate Solutions to Poverty : http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/Paul-Ryan-poverty-local-solutions/2015/05/03/id/642282/#ixzz3fHKK7gN8
Per The UN Global Poverty Drops sharply China Making Big Stride: https://www.organicconsumers.org/news/global-poverty-drops-sharply-china-making-big-strides-un-report-says
So one must ask? What’s the purpose of the Federal Government, an the organizations who are supposed to ‘Universally enforce these laws, and work for the good, safety, health of all human beings. It would be interesting to know, What they’re doing with the Revenue to prevent poverty currently occurring all around the world leaving human beings vulnerable, poor, sick and unprotected and lifeless!
See Below the 2nd Bill of Rights aka New Deal proposed in 1944 by Franklin D. Roosevelt, Then take a look at The Universal Declaration of Human Rights Law for all human beings:
The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation;
The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation;
The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living;
The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad;
The right of every family to a decent home;
The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health;
The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident, and unemployment; &The right to a good education. ( All which have been violated throughout the United States the American have gone unprotected and now our poor, homeless, jobless, being denied proper housing, and much more)! So why isn’t anyone saying anything to these World leaders who are supposed to ‘Uphold These Laws!’
The “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” is generally agreed to be the foundation of international human rights law. Adopted in 1948, the UDHR has inspired a rich body of legally binding international human rights treaties. It continues to be an inspiration to us all whether in addressing injustices, in times of conflicts, in societies suffering repression, and in our efforts towards achieving universal enjoyment of human rights.
It represents the universal recognition that basic rights and fundamental freedoms are inherent to all human beings, inalienable and equally applicable to everyone, and that every one of us is born free and equal in dignity and rights. Whatever our nationality, place of residence, gender, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status, the international community on December 10 1948 made a commitment to upholding dignity and justice for all of us.
Here again! Where are the organizations who are to uphold these laws for humanity and hold Governments/States accountable for not providing basic humanitarian need for it’s citizens?
Here’s the 2nd Bill of Rights and UDHR U.S. Government Agencies and Acts who adopted the Universally Law: Employment Act of 1946, Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965, National Labor Relations Act of 1935, US labor law, Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, Department of Justice’s, Agriculture in the United States, Social Security Act of 1965, Sherman Act of 1890, Federal Trade Commission, Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, Higher Education Act of 1965, Social Security Act of 1935, Clayton Act of 1914, Lyndon B. Johnson’s Great Society, Civil Rights Act of 1965! Reference: http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/drafters.shtml – UDHR
As you can see America, there is a huge disconnect within the United States and Globally, which has impacted lives all around the world! Non-Governance for the ‘People’ such as these are not discussed, and until ‘Past History’ is implemented, and adhered to ‘History’ will repeat itself! …And with all the crisis around the world we see it currently unfolding harming innocent lives!
Economical Rights, are currently being stripped from millions of American Citizens in the United States, although these Universal laws are in place! So are question should be to the ‘Elite Leaders’ why aren’t any of them stepping up to solve the Economical issue’s American Citizens are suffering? The ‘Binding Laws’ aren’t being enforced as they ‘Vowed’ to do for the people! ‘Skewd’ Statistics don’t tell the real story, the the real world experiences tells the truth!
